Return Terms & Conditions

  • Returned orders will only be accepted with prior written/emailed agreement from a Zxan Hydraulic member of staff and with a valid returns note number.
  • There will be a 10% re-stocking charge to cover the handling of every returned order.
  • Orders must be returned within 10 working days of invoice.
  • Orders have to be returned in a resaleable condition.
  • Returned orders are only valid for website listed and catalogue listed parts.
  • Returned orders for hydraulic hose and hose assemblies, hydraulic valves, hydraulic pumps and hydraulic powerunits assembled and built to order will be non-cancellable and non-returnable.
  • Returned orders for non-website and non-catalogue items are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
  • Any orders returned without a Zxan Hydraulic return number, are beyond the 10 day invoice cut-off date or are a non-catalogue/website item will be sent back to the sender or destroyed.
